Established clients use their secure account. New clients can book only published Priority Clinic appointments. Invitations can add Legacy Care or Priority Access.
Appointments are released in stages to protect recurring relationships. Each client sees only inventory available to their access type.
More than 48 hours ahead, a deposit may be refunded or moved once. Inside 48 hours it is retained; if the opening is refilled, it becomes account credit.
